SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Shipping of lampshades is available exclusively within Australia. Parcels will be dispatched using Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post services for a flat fee, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Orders will be processed and shipped within five working days upon receipt of payment. For local customers, in-person pickup is also an option, with arrangements to be discussed upon purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned for change-of-mind situations. If you are unsure whether the colour or fabric of the lampshade will suit your living space, please contact us via enquiries@menoarts.com.au for a fabric sample prior to purchase.
Should a lampshade be damaged in transit or require repair upon arrival, please contact us via enquiries@menoarts.com.au within 7 days to discuss how this can be rectified. If a lampshade has been damaged after delivery, or if it has been used in any way, then no refund or exchange will be offered.
